1. PLACING YOUR ORDER

To place an order, choose the desired item, select size and colour and click „ADD TO SHOPPING CART“ button.

You can browse our designers by categories, which are visible in the top bar menu.

Alternatively, you can add the desired items to your wish list, just click “ADD TO WISH LIST” button. You are able then to move the items from your wish list directly to your shopping cart.

You can delete items; modify quantity, size or colour of the items in your shopping cart by clicking on respective buttons.

After your selection is completed, click on “PROCEED WITH ORDER” button.

 

2. YOUR ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To complete the order in HNTA® online shop you must register yourself and create user account.

By completing your registration with HNTA®:

- You are able to add items to your wish list and save them

- Store your billing and delivery address

- Store your payment methods

- Update your information and your details

- Review your past orders

- Receive special offers tailored to you

 

3. RESETTING THE PASSWORD

If you forgot your password, you can reset it anytime by clicking “FORGOT PASSWORD”(link) link. The link to your password reset will be sent to you via E-Mail. Upon receiving the E-Mail, you will be asked to follow the link where you will be able to set up your new password. Your old password will be then automatically disabled.

 

4. PAYMENT METHODS

For your comfort HNTA® offers you several payment methods, you are free to choose among these methods as well as swap them for your convenience.

Eligible payment methods will be offered to you upon check out.

 

5. TAX AND IMPORT COSTS

Orders outside of European Union are VAT(19%) free, this tax will be automatically removed if you are ordering from outside of EU.

Orders from outside of EU, may be subject to additional import costs, such as customs duties and import tax. Please inform yourself about import costs and taxes before placing your order. You can get the relevant information from your local customs office.

 

6. ADDING ITEMS TO EXISTING ORDER

Once your order is placed with HNTA®, there is no way you can remove, add or modify purchased items. You can however cancel your order, please review our TERMS AND CONDITIONS(link) for further information.

 

7. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is packed and shipped, you will receive the respective E-Mail with the link to track your order online.

 

8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Please review our RETURNS AND EXCHANGE policy listed in the current TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Please note that shipment costs are not refundable. If your order has been place from outside the EU – import costs and taxes are not subject to refunds.

 

9. SIZES

 In order to make it easier for you, HNTA® developed SIZES GUIDE for you. You can access it HERE(link), alternatively you can click on respective link, which will be visible on the desired item’s web page.

 

10. CARE AND COMPOSITION OF FABRICS

HNTA® sets priority to select labels, which only are using the best and high quality fabrics, in this way we are able to ensure durability and wearing comfort. You will find detailed composition of fabrics in the description of the selected item as well as on the tag attached to the garment. Since most of the fabrics are special, they require special care. Please note the care instructions on each purchased item, to ensure longevity of your garments.
